How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

You can cancel your Premium subscription and return to a Basic account at any time.

iOS users

1. Go to your iPhone’s Settings.
2. Click on your Apple ID
3. Next, click on Subscriptions and adjust your Stops’ subscription as needed.

Android users

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Check to make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Click on the Menu from your user’s icon
4. Next, click on Payments & Subscriptions.
5. Next, select Subscriptions
6. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
7. Tap Cancel subscription.
8. Follow the instructions provided.
